Christmas Pot-Luck and Children’s Program.  Sunday, December 14, 5:00 p.m.  We will gather in Epworth Hall for a wonderful meal.  Afterwards, everyone will go upstairs to the sanctuary to sing carols, and enjoy a no-rehearsal Christmas program.  All kids and youth are invited to participate.

Christmas Carols with the Church of Peace.  Sunday, December 21, 2-5 p.m. Youth and adults are invited to this special time of fellowship and building relationships with our neighbor church, the Church of Peace United Church of Christ.  We will gather at Two Rivers at 2, to practice some songs, then go to a few local nursing homes.  We will finish at Church of Peace for some cookies and hot chocolate.

Longest Night Service.  For those who struggle at Christmas.  Monday, December 22 from 6-7 p.m.  This service in the sanctuary will be a quiet, reflective time to remember those that struggle at Christmas.  This will be a holy time to recognize that while Christmas can be a joyful time, it can also sharpen the pain of loss.  Holy Communion will be shared.

Christmas Eve Carols and Candles.  Wednesday, December 24 at 6:30 p.m.  Wonderful music, the Christmas story retold, Holy Communion shared, and the lighting of candles at the singing of “Silent Night.”  Christmas Eve is a unique worship experience.

Christmas Carols Top Ten. Sunday, December 28 at 9:30 a.m.  All through Advent, people will be invited to vote on their favorite Christmas songs.  On the Sunday after Christmas, we will reveal Two Rivers Church’s Top Ten.
