Two Rivers United Methodist Church and Church of Peace, United Church of Christ, will come together to remember Maundy Thursday in worship on April 14 at 6:00 p.m.
Pastor Mariah Marlin Warfield will be our preacher. She and Pastor Robb will preside over Communion together. All are invited to the Table as it is neither a Methodist nor a UCC table. It is Christ’s table, and all are welcome. Communion will be handled under our COVID protocols, with individual cups of bread and juice distributed before the service and all will be invited to partake at once. Both church have been following the Narrative Lectionary, and the readings for the evening will continue our story through the Gospel of John, focusing on Jesus’ last words from the Cross.
