The Christmas Eve service of Candles, Carols, and Communion will be on December 24 at 6:00 p.m. The service will include traditional Christmas hymns that everyone knows and loves. We will share Communion at the Open Table of grace where ALL are welcome. At the end of the service we will turn off the lights, and the light of Christ will spread to each person’s candle as we sing “Silent Night.” This is a night full of tradition, singing, warmth, and love.
This year, Christmas Eve will also start a new series called “First Story.” After the birth of Jesus, we will share stories from the Gospel of Mark, all the way to Good Friday and Easter. Each week we will progress slowly through the first of the four Gospel stories of Jesus’ life.
